John Kish - President and CEO

As Pano Logic president and chief executive officer John's responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, short and long term strategic planning, and corporate oversight. Prior to joining Pano Logic John served as president and CEO at a number of high tech companies including Domain Solutions Corporation, Verbind, Cacheon, Wyse International and most recently BackFlip. In addition John has worked as Senior Vice President, Business Development at Oracle Corporation. He is currently serving on the board of directors of Fieldglass. John has a Masters and Ph.D. From The Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. from The University of Maryland.

Bryan Cox - Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations

As executive vice president of worldwide field operations, Bryan manages worldwide sales, pre/post-sales engineering and global channel strategies here at Pano Logic. Before joining Pano, Bryan was vice president of sales operations at EqualLogic, a leader in iSCSI storage acquired by Dell in 2008. Prior to EqualLogic, Bryan served as vice president of worldwide sales strategy and field programs at VMware, where he was responsible for a broad range of areas from channel strategy to sales execution, growing the worldwide sales organization to over 1,000 employees, and helping to drive the company's annual revenue from $30M to over $700M worldwide.

Parmeet Chaddha – Executive Vice President of Engineering

As executive vice president of engineering, Parmeet brings more than 20 years of operational and technical leadership experience to Pano Logic and is responsible for leadership of the company's product development. Prior to joining Pano Logic, Parmeet was CEO and co-founder of MobileVerbs, Inc., a next generation mobile marketing platform, acquired by iLoop Mobile Inc. Before MobileVerbs, Parmeet was CTO of the Applications-on-Demand business unit at IBM, which had acquired Corio, an enterprise application service provider. At Corio, Parmeet held a number of executive positions, including CTO, Senior Vice President and President of Corio India. Parmeet started his career at Oracle, where he served as Director of Tools Development. Parmeet has also served as a consulting advisor to a number of technology companies. Parmeet holds a number of patents and has been widely published in industry and technical trade publications. He holds an M.S. and B.S. from MIT.

Dana Loof - Executive Vice President of Worldwide Marketing

As executive vice president of worldwide marketing, Dana leads marketing and brand evangelism for Pano Logic’s multinational growth efforts. Dana is a veteran marketing strategist with 20 years of brand-building experience in Silicon Valley. Prior to Pano Logic, Dana successfully transitioned the EVault Inc. brand as vice president of marketing into i365, A Seagate Company, after EVault was acquired by Seagate Technology. She joined EVault from Symantec, where she led global marketing and communications and built and promoted the VERITAS storage management brand. Beginning her career at Oracle, Dana has also held senior marketing posts at Smartage.com and Fabrik Communications.

Jeffrey Page - Vice President of Finance

As vice president of finance Jeff brings more than 15 years of business management and financial/accounting experience. Prior to joining Pano Logic, he served as Vice President, Finance and Operations of Firetide, Inc., a leading provider of multi-service mesh networks for industrial and municipal applications. Prior to joining Firetide he served as Director of Sales for Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications and spent 4 years as the Region North America Controller. Jeff also spent 5 years with Arthur Andersen in the audit and management consulting divisions. He holds his degree in Accounting from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.

Matt Alfano – Vice President of Business Development

As vice president of business development Matt is responsible for developing strategic technology partnerships and alliances. Before joining Pano Logic he was with Wyse Technology where he served as the senior director of business development, responsible for hardware OEM relationships and company alliances. Prior to Wyse, he was the director of business development focused on licensing and strategic partnerships for CEVA, Inc.  Before CEVA, Matt worked in private equity at TPG Growth and J&W Seligman and in the technology investment banking group at Credit Suisse.  He holds a B.S. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Aly Orady - Chief Technology Officer

Aly is co-founder and CTO of Pano Logic where he guides the current and future technical architecture for Pano Manager and the Pano System.  Aly has previously held engineering leadership positions at Silicon Valley start-up Kealia, Inc. (acquired by Sun Microsystems) where he architected the world's highest capacity video-on-demand distribution platform. Aly began his career at HP designing high-performance I/O and network sub-systems. He earned an M.S.E.E. from Stanford University and a B.Eng. in computer engineering from McMaster University.

Nils Bunger - Vice President, Endpoint Engineering

Nils is co-founder and vice president of endpoint engineering at Pano Logic, where he is  responsible for the strategy, design and delivery of our endpoint software and hardware. Nils previously held senior technology positions at a number of Silicon Valley start-ups including Kealia, Inc (acquired by Sun Microsystems) where he built the world's most scalable video-on-demand switching server, and SiByte, Inc (acquired by Broadcom). Nils graduated with an M.S.E.E. from Stanford University and a B.S.E.E. from University of Virginia.

Chris Hammans - Managing Director, EMEA

As Managing Director, EMEA, Chris Hammans leads the strategic, business, and channel development and sales operations for Pano Logic in EMEA. A 12-year veteran of the virtualization industry, Hammans joined Pano Logic after six years at VMware, where he led the sales, channel and development operations for the UK and Ireland. While at VMware, Hammans made significant contributions to the growth and development of the virtualization industry in the UK, Ireland and surrounding region, developing new markets for VMware products. Prior to joining VMware, Hammans was Account Director, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, for the Enterprise market at Citrix Systems Inc.
